Accessibility Statement
Read the TheTools.World accessibility statement, current conformance approach, known limitations, and how to report issues.
Our commitment
TheTools.World aims to be usable by as many visitors as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checklist.
Current approach
Pages use semantic HTML landmarks, a single H1 per page, a logical heading hierarchy, a visible skip-to-content link, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable navigation and menus, aria-live result regions for tool output, and color contrast intended to meet WCAG AA. These practices are applied site-wide through the shared page template rather than page by page.
Known limitations
As with most sites, some third-party embedded content (such as analytics scripts) is outside our direct control for accessibility. Complex tool result previews, such as processed-image thumbnails, rely on alt text describing them generically as a processed preview rather than describing image content, since the site does not analyze what is in your uploaded image.
Conformance target
TheTools.World targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical goal for new and updated pages, without claiming full formal certification.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on TheTools.World, contact pdfbuddy73@gmail.com with the page URL and a description of the issue, including your browser and assistive technology if relevant. Accessibility reports are treated as priority bug reports.
